Collection: HeatCharm

The HeatCharm range includes five inbuilt wood heaters: I500 Series 7, I600 Series 5, I600 Series 7, I600 Series 8 and an I600 Victorian version. The range is built around two firebox sizes and several fascia or generation choices rather than freestanding appliances.

I500 is the more compact format in the range. I600 models provide a larger viewing area and higher-capacity option, although exact performance varies by series. HeatCharm's official I600 Series 8 specifications list heating capacity up to 28 squares, average efficiency of 62%, average peak output of 12.0kW and a three-speed fan. Those figures belong to that specific model and should not be copied automatically to Series 5, Series 7 or I500 products.

Series and Victorian naming helps distinguish presentation and equipment. Customers should compare door and surround styling, fan inclusion, firebox dimensions and whether the heater is approved for the intended masonry fireplace or zero-clearance system. An existing open fireplace does not guarantee that an insert will fit or comply.

Wood-heater performance depends on the building, climate, insulation, layout and fuel quality. Use dry, seasoned wood and follow the owner's manual for loading and operation. A qualified installer should confirm hearth projection, enclosure construction, flue system, combustible clearances and local approvals before work starts.

Choose between I500 and I600 based on a heat-loss assessment and available opening, then compare the relevant series for styling and equipment.
