Description

HeatCharm I500 Series 7 Inbuilt Wood Heater is a fan-assisted Australian inbuilt wood heater designed to convert a suitable fireplace installation into a controlled slow-combustion heating appliance.

It is rated for areas up to 22 squares, with 66% average heating efficiency, 1.3 g/kg particulate emissions and 9.9 kW average peak power. The inbuilt format keeps the appliance integrated into the fireplace while pushing useful heat back into the room.

Fireplace opening, zero-clearance requirements where applicable, hearth projection and flue location must be checked during installation planning. The current HeatCharm installation instructions should be used for the final fit.

Use And Care

Have the heater installed by a qualified installer in accordance with the current manufacturer instructions, AS/NZS 2918 and local requirements. Burn dry, seasoned hardwood only unless the manufacturer specifically approves another fuel. Keep door seals, glass, air controls and the flue system maintained, remove ash only when safe to do so, and have the flue inspected and cleaned regularly. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning glass or internal components.

10-year firebox warranty plus 1-year warranty on other covered heater components, excluding door glass and subject to HeatCharm/Shamic warranty terms, authorised-dealer purchase, correct installation, operation and exclusions.
