The Weber Traveler Compact Portable Gas Barbecue LPG is made for customers who want genuine Weber gas-barbecue performance in a smaller format that is easier to transport and store. At 17 kg and 86 cm wide with the lid closed, it is compact enough for camping, caravanning, picnics and road trips while still providing a useful 1,548 cm² cooking area.

Its single burner produces 11.5 MJ and supports a low-to-high temperature range, allowing the barbecue to handle everything from slower cooking through to hotter grilling. Weber Australia states that the cooking area can accommodate up to 12 burgers at one time. A built-in lid thermometer gives a clear visual temperature reference, while the barbecue remains permanently attached to its foldable cart for a sturdy one-piece setup at a practical cooking height.

All-weather wheels help with movement over outdoor surfaces, and the automatic lid lock secures the barbecue when folded for transport. A Type 27 hose and regulator are supplied for use with refillable LPG cylinders, and the Traveler Compact is also compatible with disposable propane canisters for added portability. With a straightforward push-and-turn ignition and a footprint designed around travel, this compact Traveler is a practical option for customers who want to take a proper gas barbecue away from home without carrying a full-size unit.
