Weber - Pulse Hotplate

The Weber - Pulse Hotplate corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Pulse 1000/2000 Griddle, adding a flat cooking surface to compatible Pulse electric barbecues. Made from porcelain-enamelled cast iron, it is designed to retain and distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface.

The griddle opens up cooking options that are less suited to an open grill, including eggs, bacon, onions, seafood and other smaller foods. It fits both Pulse 1000 and Pulse 2000 electric grills, making it a useful accessory for expanding everyday breakfast and flat-plate cooking.

Weber lists the griddle at 7 cm high, 25 cm wide and 32 cm deep out of the carton, with hand washing recommended for ongoing care. The porcelain-enamelled cast-iron construction combines strong heat retention with a surface designed for regular barbecue use.
