The Weber Master Touch Plus Charcoal Barbecue 57cm Black expands the versatility of the Weber kettle with dedicated hardware for grilling, roasting and low-and-slow smoking. Its 2,342 cm² cooking area uses Weber's Gourmet BBQ System hinged grill, allowing compatible cooking inserts to be swapped into the centre section.

For longer cooks, the included Char-Ring concentrates the charcoal while the diffuser plate deflects direct heat to help maintain low, consistent temperatures. A built-in lid thermometer and adjustable airflow give you the control needed for smoking as well as everyday charcoal cooking.

The Tuck-Away lid holder keeps the lid beside the barbecue, while the One-Touch cleaning system directs ash into a high-capacity removable catcher. Weber also includes a set of two Char-Baskets for flexible direct and indirect cooking setups.
