The Weber Master-Touch Charcoal Barbecue 57cm Black is built for cooks who want more versatility from a traditional charcoal kettle. Its 2,340 cm² cooking area provides plenty of room for grilling and roasting, while Weber's Gourmet BBQ System hinged cooking grill accepts a range of optional inserts.

A dedicated smoke setting on the bowl vents gives you more control at lower temperatures, and the built-in lid thermometer helps you monitor heat during longer cooks. The hinged grill also makes it easier to add or rearrange charcoal without removing the full cooking surface.

The Tuck-Away lid holder keeps the lid safely beside the barbecue, while the One-Touch cleaning system sweeps ash into a high-capacity removable catcher. Two Char-Baskets are included to help organise charcoal for direct or indirect cooking.
