Description

The Weber Family Q Roasting pack 3000N Series gives you the pieces needed to turn a compatible Family Q from direct grilling into an indirect cooking setup for roasting and baking. The stainless-steel trivet lifts food above the cooking surface while the convection trays help heat circulate around the food.

The pack includes one roasting trivet and two aluminium-foil convection trays. It fits Q3100N+, Q3200N+ and Q3600N+ gas barbecues and is not suitable for earlier Q3000, Q3200 or Q300 series models.

Use And Care

The roasting trivet is dishwasher safe and can be cleaned with a scourer or steel wool. Avoid repeatedly reusing convection trays for roasting meat because residual fats can pose a fire hazard.
