Weber Briquettes are versatile enough for direct grilling, indirect roasting, baking and low-and-slow smoking. The shaped briquettes are ready for cooking in approximately 25–30 minutes, giving you a consistent fuel bed that can be arranged for direct or indirect heat depending on the meal. That consistency is especially useful when maintaining steadier temperatures during roasting or low-and-slow smoking.
