The Weber – Baby Q Half Hotplate – 1000N Series is Weber Australia’s current Baby Q® (G3) Half Hotplate for Q1000N and Q1200N gas barbecues. It replaces half of the grill so you can cook on a flat plate and open grill at the same time.
The porcelain-enamelled cast-iron construction helps maintain even heat and reduce sticking, making the hotplate ideal for eggs, pancakes, smashed burgers, fried onions and other foods that benefit from a solid cooking surface.
Weber confirms that this G3 half hotplate does not suit the older Q1000, Q1200 or Q100 series, which use part 6558. It is supplied as one plate and should be hand washed with soapy water after cooling.
