Weber 47cm Smokey Mountain Cooker

The Weber 47cm Smokey Mountain Cooker is built for traditional low-and-slow charcoal smoking, giving you the control and capacity to cook ribs, poultry, fish, sausages and larger cuts with genuine smoke flavour. Two cooking levels provide room to smoke multiple foods at the same time.

A porcelain-enamelled water pan helps regulate temperature and adds moisture to the cooking environment, while adjustable dampers give you control over airflow and heat. The built-in lid thermometer makes it easier to monitor the smoker without constantly lifting the lid.

The porcelain-enamelled steel body is designed to retain heat and stand up to high smoking temperatures. Weber Australia also includes a premium vinyl cover with the 47cm Smokey Mountain Cooker for added protection between cooks.
