Weber - 3000 Series - Family Q Roasting Pack

The Weber - 3000 Series - Family Q Roasting Pack corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Family Q® (G1/G2) BBQ Roasting Pack, designed to create an oven-style indirect cooking setup in Q 300/3000 series barbecues. It combines a stainless-steel wire trivet with vented aluminium-foil convection trays.

The trivet raises food above the direct heat while the tray helps circulate heat above, below and around the food. This makes the pack useful for family-sized roasts, baking, pizzas and desserts when you want a more even indirect cooking environment inside the barbecue.

The pack contains one trivet and two convection trays. Weber advises that convection trays should not be reused after roasting meat because old fat may catch fire, although they can be reused for baking, pizzas and desserts. It is intended for G1/G2 Family Q models rather than the current G3 range.
