Weber - 3000 Series Family Q Half Hotplate

The Weber - 3000 Series Family Q Half Hotplate corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Family Q® (G1/G2) Half Hotplate, a double-sided porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking plate designed for Weber Q 300/3000 series gas barbecues. It gives the larger Family Q a dedicated flat cooking zone while leaving grill space available beside it.

The solid surface is ideal for breakfast foods, seafood, onions and other ingredients that are difficult to cook directly on an open grill. Cast iron provides strong heat retention and the porcelain-enamelled finish is designed for regular barbecue use.

Weber specifies that only one hotplate should be used at a time. The Family Q G1/G2 Half Hotplate measures 1.1 × 12.9 × 17.7 inches out of the carton and should be hand washed once it has cooled.
