Weber - 2000 Series - Q Convection Trays

The Weber - 2000 Series - Q Convection Trays are designed to work with a Weber Q trivet to create an indirect cooking setup for roasting, baking, pizza and desserts. Their vented design helps circulate heat around the food while collecting drippings and helping reduce flare-ups.

This 10-pack is designed for 2nd Generation Weber Q2000 series gas barbecues. Weber Australia advises against reusing trays for roasting meat because old fats can create a fire risk, while reuse for baking, pizza and desserts is acceptable where suitable.
