Traeger Rub is a 200 g Traeger seasoning blend with a versatile balance of sweet, savoury and spicy notes with garlic, paprika, oregano and chilli. It is designed to build flavour before food goes onto the grill or smoker and is particularly well suited to beef, pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables.

Use it as a straightforward dry seasoning for everyday grilling or as the base layer in a longer barbecue cook. The blend is formulated to complement wood-fired flavour without requiring a complicated seasoning mix, making it easy to keep a consistent Traeger-style flavour profile across different cooks.
