Pork & Poultry Rub is a 200 g Traeger seasoning blend with a sweet-and-savoury blend with apple, honey, paprika and onion notes. It is designed to build flavour before food goes onto the grill or smoker and is particularly well suited to pork, chicken and poultry.

Use it as a straightforward dry seasoning for everyday grilling or as the base layer in a longer barbecue cook. The blend is formulated to complement wood-fired flavour without requiring a complicated seasoning mix, making it easy to keep a consistent Traeger-style flavour profile across different cooks.
