The ModiFIRE® Reversible Cast Iron Griddle forms part of Traeger’s ModiFIRE® system, which lets you change the cooking surface on a compatible grill without removing the standard grate. The accessory is designed to locate securely on ModiFIRE-compatible grates and can be added or removed as the cook requires.
