Have the heater installed by a qualified installer in accordance with the current Lopi instructions, applicable Australian standards and local requirements. Burn dry, seasoned hardwood only. Keep the air controls, door seals, viewing glass and flue system maintained; remove ash only when the appliance is cool and have the chimney or flue inspected and cleaned regularly. Operate any blower or GreenStart system only as directed in the current owner’s manual.

Covered by Lopi Australia’s comprehensive 5- or 7-year limited parts and labour warranty, depending on the model/component and subject to the current Lopi Australia warranty terms, installation requirements and exclusions.
