Lane's BBQ Sorta White Sauce

Lane's BBQ Sorta White Sauce is a creamy mayonnaise-based barbecue sauce with tang from apple cider vinegar and horseradish, finished with a light chilli kick. It offers a completely different texture and flavour from the sweeter tomato-based sauces in the Lane's range.

Lane's recommends it with chicken wings, fried chicken, fries and prawns, and it can also be used as a dressing or dipping sauce when you want a creamy, tangy finish.

Sorta White is particularly useful alongside richer barbecue food because its acidity and creamy texture provide contrast rather than extra sweetness. It contains egg.
