Lane's BBQ Prime

Lane's BBQ Prime is a beef-forward seasoning created for steaks, brisket and other substantial cuts where a well-seasoned crust is part of the appeal. The blend combines savoury spice with ancho chilli and espresso character for a richer finish than a basic salt-and-pepper rub.

It works particularly well on steaks, burgers, brisket and pork chops, where the seasoning can develop into a flavourful outer crust as the surface browns.

Prime is the current name for Lane's former Brancho Rub, with Lane's confirming the flavour remains the same. It is a strong option for cooks wanting a dedicated red-meat rub with more complexity than a standard SPG-style blend.
