Kalora 425R Radiant Wood Heater

Kalora 425R Radiant Wood Heater is a compact freestanding radiant heater designed for smaller homes, studios, cottages and secondary living spaces. Kalora rates the 425R to heat areas up to 140 m², combining a traditional cast-iron door and designer-leg profile with modern combustion control.

Primary and secondary air controls help manage the burn, while the radiant cooking surface adds practical usefulness during winter. The current Kalora brochure lists 63% average efficiency, 1.5 g/kg emissions and a 15.6 kW rating, with logs up to 300 mm.

Its relatively compact footprint makes the 425R a practical option where a full-size convection heater would be excessive. Final placement, hearth, flue and clearance requirements must be confirmed against the current Kalora installation manual and completed by a qualified installer.
