Ironwood® XL

Ironwood® XL expands the current Ironwood platform to 924 sq in of cooking space while retaining WiFIRE® control, Super Smoke Mode, insulated construction and Traeger’s EZ-Clean system.

Built for Australian outdoor cooking, the Ironwood® XL uses hardwood pellets as both its heat source and flavour source. Digital temperature control removes much of the constant fire management associated with traditional solid-fuel cooking, while the model-specific features below make it easier to manage long smokes, weeknight meals and entertaining.

Use & Care

Use only food-grade hardwood grilling pellets and keep the hopper fuel dry. Allow the grill to complete its shutdown cycle, clean grease and ash at appropriate intervals, and follow the Traeger owner’s manual for operation, clearances and maintenance.
