Its large auto-rotating display makes the result easy to read at different angles, while the built-in reference chart helps with common doneness targets. The compact body is also shaped to hang from a compatible P.A.L. hook when you want it close to the grill.

Use & Care

Clean the probe after every use and avoid immersing the complete thermometer unless specifically permitted by the user guide. Store it dry and replace the batteries when the display becomes weak.
