Tread Roof Rack Server

The Gozney Tread Roof Rack Server provides a convenient preparation, slicing and serving surface wherever you take your Tread pizza oven. Designed specifically to fit inside the compatible Gozney Tread Roof Rack, it creates useful oven-side workspace without requiring a separate table or bulky preparation station.

Made from durable black fibre board, the Server sits neatly within the Roof Rack to provide a dedicated surface for organising ingredients, portioning toppings and completing simple preparation tasks close to the oven. Once the pizza is cooked, the same surface can be used for slicing and presentation, helping create a more organised workflow from preparation through to serving.

The removable design adds flexibility to portable cooking setups. Lift the Server from the Roof Rack and carry freshly prepared food to the table, or use it independently as an additional serving board for pizza, flatbreads and other suitable foods. When the Server is removed, the Roof Rack remains available for other appropriate uses, giving Tread owners greater flexibility during outdoor cooking sessions.

Its lightweight construction suits the portable character of the Tread system, making it practical for campsites, beaches, picnic areas, courtyards and temporary backyard setups. The easy-clean surface also helps simplify pack-down after cooking, while the understated black finish complements the rugged styling of the Tread and its modular accessories.

The Tread Roof Rack is sold separately and is required when the Server is used as an attached oven-side workspace. The board is intended for preparation, slicing and serving only and should not be placed inside the pizza oven or used as a heatproof cooking plate.
