Heat Resistant Gloves

The Gozney Heat Resistant Gloves provide additional hand, wrist and forearm protection when working around high-temperature pizza ovens, live fire and hot cookware. Designed for outdoor cooking environments where intense radiant heat is common, they create a protective barrier during suitable short-duration handling tasks around the oven.

Certified as heat resistant up to 500°C for a maximum exposure time of 15 seconds, the gloves are suited to brief contact with hot cookware, oven accessories and fire-management tools. This protection is intended to reduce heat exposure during controlled handling rather than allow prolonged contact with extremely hot surfaces, open flame or burning fuel.

The outer construction combines approximately 95% suede with 5% leather for durability, flexibility and dependable grip. A soft internal lining improves comfort during repeated use, while the extended gauntlet-style cuffs provide additional coverage over the wrists and lower forearms. Each glove measures approximately 355mm long, helping reduce direct exposure to radiant heat and sparks when reaching towards a hot oven opening or cooking chamber.

The one-size-fits-all design is intended to accommodate a broad range of users and can be useful when moving hot cast-iron cookware, handling suitable pizza-oven accessories or working with live-fire tools. Gloves should always be completely dry before use, as moisture can increase heat transfer and reduce protection.

Inspect the gloves regularly for worn material, damaged seams or other deterioration and replace them if their protective condition becomes compromised.
