Arc Mantel

The Gozney Arc Mantel adds a stable working surface directly in front of the standard Gozney Arc, giving you extra space to manage food and cookware close to the oven chamber. Its purpose-built design helps create a more organised cooking setup without requiring a separate table beside the oven.

The mantel is especially useful when checking, turning or basting food during cooking. Suitable cookware can be pulled forward temporarily so you can inspect colour, rotate ingredients or apply sauces before returning the dish to the heat. When making pizza, the added surface can also provide a convenient place to briefly support food or steady your workflow as pizzas move in and out of the oven.

A durable 304-grade stainless-steel shelf forms the main working surface, supported by high-pressure die-cast aluminium arms with a powder-coated finish. This combination provides strength, heat resistance and a clean appearance that complements the Arc. The mantel is designed for temporary food and cookware management rather than use as an additional cooking stone or permanent preparation bench.

Installation is tool-free, allowing the mantel to fit directly to the compatible Arc without permanent modification. It can also be removed when required for cleaning, transport or storage. The Gozney Arc Mantel is designed specifically for the standard Arc and is not compatible with Arc XL, Arc Lite, Tread, Roccbox, Dome or Dome Gen 2 models. Always confirm the mantel is securely fitted before use, and use suitable heat-resistant gloves and tools when working around hot cookware and the oven opening.
