Description

Coonara Aussie Radiant is a straightforward radiant wood heater designed to deliver direct warmth without the need for an electric fan.

Its steel trivet adds practical winter usefulness for boiling water or suitable cookware, while the compact traditional form suits country homes, cottages and smaller living spaces.

Radiant heaters need careful positioning because their side and corner clearances are larger than many convection models. The current Coonara radiant-heater installation instructions should be used to plan the hearth and flue.

Use And Care

Have the heater installed by a qualified installer in accordance with the current Coonara installation instructions, AS/NZS requirements and local regulations. Burn dry, seasoned hardwood only. Keep the door closed except when lighting or refuelling, maintain door seals in good condition, and have the flue inspected and cleaned regularly. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning the glass, trivet or firebox.
