BBQ Cooking Class

BBQ Cooking Class is a relaxed demonstration-style session led by Alfresco’s BBQ & Pizza Oven experts. Watch the team prepare a range of dishes while they explain heat control, cooking zones, searing, roasting, smoking, timing and flavour-building techniques you can use at home.

Guests can enjoy food tastings throughout the session, with beverages included. The focus is on seeing the equipment and techniques in action, asking questions and picking up practical ideas for better outdoor cooking. Patrons watch the cooking rather than preparing the food themselves.
