The Acacia Wood Placement Peel & Server 12" combines pizza preparation, launching and serving in one versatile wooden tool. Designed for pizzas up to approximately 12 inches, its practical size provides plenty of room for stretching dough and adding toppings while remaining easy to handle around compact outdoor cooking spaces.

Crafted from FSC-certified acacia hardwood, the peel combines strength and durability with the natural warmth and distinctive grain of timber. Its naturally low-stick surface helps make uncooked dough easier to manage during preparation, while a light dusting of flour or semolina can provide additional assistance when launching.

A chamfered leading edge helps the peel slide smoothly beneath dough and cooked pizza, while an etched perimeter guide provides a useful reference when shaping your base. Built-in cutting guides also make it easier to divide the finished pizza into even portions once it has been removed from the oven.

With a substantial blade thickness of approximately 13mm, the peel provides dependable support during preparation and doubles as an attractive serving board for carrying, slicing and presenting pizza at the table. An integrated metal hanging loop provides convenient storage when the peel is clean and dry.

For best results, hand clean the peel with a lightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly after use. Avoid soaking, dishwashers and prolonged outdoor exposure to help protect the natural timber.
