Outdoor benches add flexible seating along a patio wall, garden path, verandah or dining table. Alfresco Outdoors & Heating offers several distinct formats, including traditional backed teak benches, backless dining benches, a connected Jack and Jill seat and a substantial root-timber statement bench.

Kingston, Heritage and Grand Cayman models provide familiar backed-bench seating in widths around 120cm, 150cm and 180cm. Smaller widths suit two people or compact courtyards, while 180cm models provide more shared seating. Arms and back support improve relaxed sitting but can make a bench harder to slide beneath a dining table.

Panama backless benches are better suited to flexible dining layouts. Without a back, they can often tuck more neatly under or beside a table, although seat height, table clearance and leg positions must still be checked. The Flinders Jack and Jill design connects two seats around a central surface, creating a self-contained conversation seat rather than a straight dining bench.

The Root Wood bench is visually different from the more regular teak ranges. Natural timber variation is part of its character, so dimensions, grain, edges and the exact piece supplied should be confirmed. For all outdoor timber, follow the individual care instructions and expect appearance to change with weather exposure unless maintained.
