Description

The Weber Performer GBS Charcoal Barbecue 57cm combines classic Weber kettle cooking with an integrated cart, work surface and storage space. Built around a 57 cm charcoal kettle, it offers 2,342 cm² of total cooking area and a Gourmet BBQ System stainless-steel cooking grill.

The painted-steel work table folds down when not required, while the heavy-duty cart provides storage underneath the barbecue. A Tuck-Away lid holder lets the lid slide back out of the way, and the Gourmet BBQ System grill accepts compatible circular inserts for different cooking styles.

Weber Australia also lists P-vents, an ash catcher ring with smoke-setting indicator, a black lid handle and two Char-Baskets. It is a practical choice for cooks who want charcoal flavour with the added convenience of preparation space and built-in storage.

Use And Care

Remove cooled ash after cooking, keep the ash catcher and vent system clear and clean the cooking grill with an appropriate Weber grill brush. Allow the barbecue to cool completely before covering or moving it and follow the Weber owner’s guide.
